GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE
The accommodation is located not far from the river that forms the border between Basilicata and Calabria, in a quiet and very green area of Maratea, and for this reason it is fresh and well-ventilated.
The apartment is on one level and consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a room with a kitchenette and a bed for the third person, and a full bathroom with a shower and bidet.
The apartment is ideal for two / three people or a family with young children.
Large terrace and garden with an additional outdoor shower and barbecue.
There is free parking on the adjacent street.
The owners live in the rest of the house, a bi-family villa with a garden, situated in a group of houses immersed in a green park with a single entrance from the public road.
THE SERVICES
A short distance from the sea: the wide and sandy beach, partly free and partly organized with beach facilities and a marina equipped for recreational small boating with boat rental options; or the Secca, a fantastic cove with private access considered one of the most beautiful spots in Maratea, all within 1000 meters of walking distance from the accommodation.
Many other beaches, each different and with its own characteristics and points of interest and charm along the entire coast of Maratea are easily reachable within a few minutes by car or by boat.
At 500 meters from the accommodation along the road to the beach there is also a riding stable with horse riding lessons.
At 200 meters there is a mini-market, bar, and restaurants and a church, while within just 5 minutes by car there are various supermarkets, stores of all kinds and all services including playgrounds for children, cinemas and discos.

The house is fully furnished with new furniture and equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, and cooking utensils, as well as bath towels and a hairdryer.
Water, gas, and electricity consumption are included in the price, and upon request, bathroom and bed linen are provided with weekly changes.
The stay begins between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure to allow for cleaning.
Any different requirements may be agreed upon based on availability.
