EVENT REPORTING POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA THAT MUST BE MET TO INCLUDE AN EVENT ON THE WEBSITE www.maratea.info
Maratea.info is designed to inform the public about upcoming artistic events; it does not provide information on artistic groups that do not offer events for the general public.
The insertion of the Event on our sites is done free of charge.
The events must be related to the Arts and fall into one of the following categories: Dance, Film and Video, Literature, Music, Theater, Museum, Art Gallery, Special Events, Festivals, and Children's Events.
The artistic event, henceforth referred to as Event, must be of interest and open to the public, meaning that anyone can participate. Generally, we do not accept publishing events such as conferences, artist workshops, or benefit fundraisers. Similarly, we reserve the right to publish events that take place only online.
Please note that if a primary art event has ancillary events (such as classes or workshops associated with an exhibition at a Museum), reference will be made to the primary event’s website for further information. If an Event is a co-production, it will be published once under the name of the Event.
In the case of sending very early information about an Event, which may not always be complete with the final program or ticket prices, etc., these will still be published with the commitment on your part to provide us with this information subsequently, as soon as possible in order to promptly update any already published news. However, if the information is incomplete, Maratea.info reserves the right to request further information before publishing.
The descriptions of events must be concise and in any case ItalGuide.com reserves the right to modify the submitted material.
If you notice a factual error on the site, please inform us and it will be corrected as soon as possible. Otherwise, once the information is put online, it is considered final (with the exception of events without a certain date and unforeseen changes, which are corrected by notifying you of the error receipt).
Since the Maratea.info database has a complex and specific structure, we reserve the right to decide the order of publication. That said, generally event lists are divided into categories based on how the public is most likely to browse and search for events.
Since Maratea.info wants to promote non-profit artistic activities in particular, these events will be given priority.
Maratea.info reserves the right to make all decisions regarding inclusion on the site.
At Maratea.info, we aim to help as many people as possible discover and attend arts events. We look forward to working with the arts community to make our website and event listings vibrant and effective. If you have any questions or need further information, please email us at info#maratea.info (replace # with @) or use our contact form.
