Policastro Gulf or  Noce river valley?

Maratea is the only town in Basilicata overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, close between the neighboring regions of Campania and Calabria.
In this way it manages to belong hierogly to both the marine hamlet of the territory that develops along the coast, the Gulf of Policastro but at the same time is also part of the beautiful hinterland that winds along the Valle del Noce to get to the slopes of Mount Sirino (2005 mt.).
